Article 1 (Application)
These Terms apply to all customers ("Users") who use any services and websites provided by the Company ("the Services").
Article 2 (Service Content)
The Company provides the following as the Services:
- Generative AI / DX strategy formulation and implementation support consulting
- AI agent implementation support
- New business design support
- Business Process Reengineering (BPR) consulting
- AI Governance design support
- Industry-specific solutions (Finance, Retail, Manufacturing, Public sector)
- Information services (articles, market reports, etc.)
Article 3 (Registration and Contracts)
For consulting services among the Services, services are provided based on a separately concluded individual agreement or service contract. General browsing of this website does not require registration.
Article 4 (Service Fees)
The service fees for consulting services are as defined in the individual contract. Website browsing, initial discussion (60 minutes), and information materials are generally free of charge.
Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)
In using the Services, Users shall not engage in the following acts:
- Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
- Acts related to criminal activities
- Acts that infringe upon intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, honor, or other rights or interests of the Company, other Users, or third parties
- Acts that interfere with the operation of the Services
- Unauthorized access, tampering, or reverse engineering
- Commercial use of information obtained through the Services (except as approved by the Company)
- Any other acts that the Company deems inappropriate
Article 6 (Intellectual Property)
Copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to the Services, websites, and all provided content (text, images, videos, logos, designs, code, etc.) belong to the Company or the relevant rights holders. Users may not reproduce, reprint, modify, distribute, or transmit these without the Company's prior written consent.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
The Company endeavors to ensure accuracy, completeness, and usefulness within reasonable limits in providing the Services, but does not guarantee that the Services fit a User's specific purpose, that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that information obtained through the Services is accurate.
The Company shall not be liable for damages incurred by Users due to the use or inability to use the Services, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 8 (Changes and Suspension of Service Content)
The Company may change, add, or suspend the content of the Services without prior notice to Users. The Company shall not be liable for damages incurred by Users as a result.
Article 9 (Changes to Terms)
The Company may revise these Terms as necessary. Revised Terms shall take effect upon posting on this site.
Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any disputes related to the Services.
